WMC Limited Warranty

What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in our products.

How long does the coverage last?

All WMC products come with a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise with the exception of selected office chairs which will be covered under WMC Commercial Warranty.

WMC Commercial Warranty

All WMC seating products marked suitable for commercial use will come with 36 months structural warranty. All components subject to high wear and tear such as upholstery, foam, gas strut and castors will only come with a 12 month warranty. 

Servicing

  • WMC will at our sole discretion, repair/replace or provide replacement parts(s) free of charge if the product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
  • If you are in the Sydney or Melbourne Metro areas, we may be able to send our service partners to make repairs or replacements. If you are outside these areas, WMC may approve for you to contract out to a local repair agent on conditions that: 
    • The repair service quote is first approved by WMC Group
    • WMC does not guarantee the work performed by the local repair service and cannot be held liable for further compensation in the event of dissatisfactory repair work. 
  • For an warranty claims, simply reach out to us at orders@wmcgroup.co and provide:
    • Detailed description of claim along with images and/or videos
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or purchase receipt)

What our warranty does not cover

  • All marble and stone products
  • Normal wear and tear of the product
  • Damage resulting from abnormal use or abuse or acts of nature
  • Damage resulting from placing the product in inappropriate locations (e.g. in direct sunlight or high moisture areas)
  • Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance
  • Products which have been altered from their original form
  • Minor chips or superficial blemishes
  • Products that are used in a retail, hospitality, outdoor, commercial and/or office setting unless stated otherwise
  • Insignificant variations in dimensions, colour, natural grain or finish (as between a received product and an advertised product)
  • Consequential and incidental damages

Damages, Returns & Refunds

At WMC, we stand behind the quality of all products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while so we encourage you to inspect (and advise your customers) your items(s) upon delivery. Please read our returns and refunds policy

How do I make a claim? 

We understand sometimes things may go wrong and you will need to return a product for replacement or refund. We make this process incredibly easy, simply contact us on orders@wmcgroup.co within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to let us know and provide the following information: 

  • Order number/invoice number
  • Item SKU
  • Description of claim along with photos and/or videos

Our support team will review your claim and reach out for further information (if required) and outcome.
