Returns

Please reach out via email to orders@wmcgroup.co or call us on (02) 8889 1745 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to request a claim. Please refer to our terms and conditions below for returns and refunds.

These conditions must strictly be met for all product(s) returned to be accepted:

• Unopened and in its original packaging
• Any accessories and parts included
• Not assembled (including partially assembled)
• In a re-sellable condition

A 20% restocking fee will apply for any change of mind returns (where the above conditions are also met). WMC will not be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping unless the product(s) are damaged in transit by our nominated carrier(s) or is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Exclusions:

• Bulk orders will be signed off by both parties and are non-refundable.
• Products which have been partially assembled or assembled in full. For faulty items, please refer to our warranty section for details.
